Blackdown Financial are an independent financial services company specialising in financial planning, independent financial advice and independent mortgage advice. They aim to help their clients be financially independent and pursue goals while knowing that they have someone to turn to and rely on.
Challenges

Blackdown Financial had extensive IT and network infrastructure issues in their head office. Their ambition of having clients come to the office to have one-to-one meetings was restricted as poor configuration of their equipment, dated software and hardware as well as constant local network issues meant onsite and video meetings with clients were regularly interrupted.
